Open the Profile page.
Sign in to PeraSure and go to your Profile page from the app.
You can delete your account from the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app. The walkthrough shows where to find the in-app delete option and how to confirm the request.
Sign in to PeraSure and go to your Profile page from the app.
Find the Delete Account option in your profile settings and open it.
If you are sure you want to continue, tap the Confirm deletion button.
We will delete your account and associated personal data unless certain records must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing help@perasure.ph. Please include your registered phone number or email address.
Use the in-app flow when you have app access, or email us if you need to request deletion from the web.
